Watermelon slush

  • 1 watermelon


  1. Slice watermelon, remove flesh and cut into cubes. Place on a lined baking sheet and freeze until solid.
  2. Place frozen watermelon cubes in a high power blender, and pulse then blend until slushy in texture.
  3. Serve in chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
