Watermelon Ceasars

  • 237 millilitres watermelon juice
  • 2 limes, juice only
  • 237 mililitres Ceasar/tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • Couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • 118 millilitres vodka
  • Simple syrup, to taste
  • Lime wedges
  • Celery salt


  • 4 bamboo skewers
  • Watermelon wedges
  • Prosciutto
  • Cucumber slices
  • Jalapeno slices


  1.  In a shaker add the lime, vodka, Ceasar juice, lime juice, salt, pepper, horseradish and hot sauce. 
  2. Shake to combine then taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  3. Line rims of 4 glasses with lime juice and pour the rim in chili celery salt on a plate. Twist the rim of the cup in the chili celery salt for seasoned rim. 
  4. Put ice in each glass and top with watermelon juice.
  5. Add garnishes as desired by skewering watermelon wedges, prosciutto, cucumber and jalapeno.
  6. Place any additional garnishes in glasses and serve.
