- Trim and thinly slice Brussel sprouts.
- Slice bacon into 1.25 centimeter pieces. Add bacon to skillet, then place over medium heat and fry until bacon is cooked. A few minutes before the bacon is finished, add pecans to skillet, stirring occasionally.
- Add garlic and Brussel sprouts to skillet and sauté for a few minutes. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a large bowl or serving platter.
