  • 1 cup (250 milliliters) all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2 milliliters) white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) salt
  • 3/4 cup (175 milliliters) 2% whole milk
  • 1 egg

  1. Preheat a non-stick waffle iron. In a large bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Add the wet ingredients to the dr ingredients and stir until the batter is smooth.
  2. Grease the waffle iron, ladle in the batter, and cook for five minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown. Let the waffles cool on a rack for about one minute.
  3. To garnish, spread chocolate hazelnut spread on one side of both waffles. Add a slab of vanilla ice cream - close the sandwiches, stick marshmallows to the ice cream and torch - sprinkle with crumbled graham crackers.
