Vijaya's Luau tiki cocktail

This drink could seriously be the centerpiece of your next big summer soiree.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops, Coconut Sorbet/Ice Cream
  • 2 ounces, Coconut Rum
  • 2 ounces, White Rum
  • 1 cup, Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 3/4 cup, Passion Fruit Nectar
  • Grenadine

Directions

  1. Blend Coconut Sorbet and Coconut Rum. Set aside.
  2. Blend White Rum, Mango, and Passion Fruit until slushy in texture.
  3. Drizzle Grenadine into the base of a glass, so that it coats the bottom. 
  4. Pour Mango/Passion Fruit Mixture over top, followed by the blended Coconut Sorbet.
  5. Garnish with fresh Passion Fruit (if available), and a wedge of Pineapple.
