Vijaya's Luau tiki cocktail
This drink could seriously be the centerpiece of your next big summer soiree.

Ingredients
- 2 scoops, Coconut Sorbet/Ice Cream
- 2 ounces, Coconut Rum
- 2 ounces, White Rum
- 1 cup, Frozen Mango Chunks
- 3/4 cup, Passion Fruit Nectar
- Grenadine
Directions
- Blend Coconut Sorbet and Coconut Rum. Set aside.
- Blend White Rum, Mango, and Passion Fruit until slushy in texture.
- Drizzle Grenadine into the base of a glass, so that it coats the bottom.
- Pour Mango/Passion Fruit Mixture over top, followed by the blended Coconut Sorbet.
- Garnish with fresh Passion Fruit (if available), and a wedge of Pineapple.
