Vegan eggnog

Ingredients

  • 3 cups any plant-based milk you want (I like cashew or full fat coconut)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 shot brandy (optional)

Directions

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds to one minute until foamy. Serve in a pretty glass with a sprinkle of nutmeg!
