Vanilla almond chia pudding

A super easy pudding that the kids will love.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (I used unsweetened coconut)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and store in the fridge for a minimum of four hours before consuming (to allow for thickening).
