Tropical smoothie bowl with dragon fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen dragon fruit
  • 2 ripe bananas, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or full fat coconut milk

Garnishes

  • Dragon fruit
  • Toasted coconut
  • Crushed almonds

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend slowly until thick and smooth. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more bananas or thinness by adding more liquid.

2. Pour in bowls and top with garnishes
