Three melon Sriracha salsa

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup watermelon balls scooped out with tiny melon baller or finely diced (50 milliliters)
  • ¼ cup cantaloupe melon balls, same size as watermelon (50 milliliters)
  • ¼ cup honeydew or other green melon balls, same size as above (50 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon pomegranate molasses (5 milliliters)
  • Splash sriracha hot sauce
  • Handful chopped fresh mint, chopped
  • Fleur de sel to taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to blend well. 
  2. Adjust level of hot sauce to your liking.
