1

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 ounce (90 mL) Tamarind juice
  • 2 ounces (60 mL) vodka
  • 1/2 ounce (15 mL) pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce (30 mL) ginger ale

Garnish

  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh minced ginger
  • Lemongrass
  • Sorrel (hibiscus flower)
  • 1 twist of lime

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.  Shake well to create foam, and pour in glasses.
  2. Add the ginger and other garnishes.
