The farmers riesling mojito

Ingredients

  • 104 milliliters (3.5 ounces) dry riesling
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) Kvas ginger wildflower simple syrup
  • 7 milliliters lemon juice
  • 5-10 mint leaves

Glassware:

  • 237 milliliter (8 ounce) mason jar

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients, save four mint-leaves, to a mason jar 3/4 filled with ice. Shake until chilled and garnish with remaining mint-leaves.
