The dark heart cocktail

  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) dark rum
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) amber rum
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) maple syrup
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) lemon juice
  • Dash of orange bitters
  • Orange zest for garnish


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake. Pour into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with an orange zest. Enjoy!
