The bonacini brunchtail (non-alcoholic)

A non-alcoholic brunch cocktail that doesn't subtract any fun from the equation.

TOTAL TIME

Ingredients

  • Juice of two freshly squeezed blood oranges
  • 8 mint leaves (for muddling)
  • 22 milliliters ginger syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 22 milliliters lime juice
  • 60 milliliters of soda water

Directions

  1. In a shaker, muddle the ginger, syrup and mint leaves together.
  2. Add the blood orange juice, lime juice, fresh ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a champagne flute, top off with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig and a twist of blood orange peel.
