Thai mango lime chicken marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced mango
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon minced Thai red chilis
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Place into a blender and plend until smooth.
  2. Place mixture into freezer bag set into a bowl. Add one pound skinless boneless chicken breasts. Squeeze out all of the air and seal. Freeze for up to three months.
