Tamari almonds

  • 4 cups (950 milliliters) almonds
  • 1/3 cup (80 milliliters) tamari
  • 1/8 teaspoon (1 milliliter) cayenne pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Put almonds on a rimmed baking sheet. Toast in oven a few minutes to heat up.
  3. Pour tamari in a bowl and add cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Add warmed almonds to bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Return coated almonds to baking tray and put back in the oven for eight to ten minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Enjoy!
