  • Your favourite olives
  • Roasted Red Peppers – cut into thin slices.
  • Feta – sliced
  • Good quality dried sausages sliced
  • Prosciutto
  • Rustic bread
  • Chuck’s eggplant antipasto.
  • Olive oil to drizzle.

Directions

  1. Take your favourite platter and layout the ingredients. 
  2. Slice your rustic bread and let your guests enjoy
