Ingredients

  • 473 milliliters (16 ounces) whisky
  • 177 milliliters (6 ounces) local honey syrup
  • 8 dashes orange bitters

Directions

  1. Blend one part local honey and one part water on gentle heat to dissolve honey and let cool. Can keep for a week sealed in the fridge.
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Pour over ice, stir, garnish with a lemon zest or marigold and serve.
