Stevia simple syrup

  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons of stevia (also works well with Stevia & Monk fruit mixes)


  1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan.
  2. Add stevia and let it simmer at low heat until stevia has completely dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let it cool at room temperature & refrigerate.

NOTE: if using for the grapefruit rosemary spritzers, you can add one to two sprigs of rosemary to the water before boiling. Let it simmer with the stevia at low heat for a couple of minutes. Let it cool completely, remove rosemary and refrigerate.
