St. Paddy's shake

  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) Irish Whiskey
  • 2 scoops of mint ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 drops of vanilla extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for five to eight seconds.
  3. Pour all ingredients into a Collins glass.
  4. Drink slowly because there is more booze in here than it tastes like.
  5. Tip: The cool thing about this drink is that if dairy gives you bubble guts, you can just use whichever non-dairy ice cream or milk you are used to. Also, it's St. Patrick’s day so don’t worry too much about measuring here. Whatever tastes good to you will do.
