Spicy sriracha and lime popcorn

Ingredients

  • 10 cup plain popped popcorn
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Put popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Heat butter and sriracha in a small saucepan over medium heat until butter melts, whisk well to emulsify the sauce.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in lime zest. Drizzle over popcorn and mix until evenly combined. Sprinkle with salt to taste.
