Sparkling pineapple peach sangria

Ingredients

  • 1 750 milliliter bottle of white wine, such as Riesling
  • 177 milliliters (6 ounces) peach vodka
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 small orange, quartered and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, dice
  • Club soda

Directions

  1. In a large pitcher, stir the wine, vodka, pineapple juice and honey until well mixed. Add the fruit then refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Serve in a glass filled with ice, garnish with the fruit. Top off each class with a splash of club soda.
