Shrimp and feta tapas sounds like a fancy dish you'd expect at a restaurant. Impress your guests with this surprisingly easy recipe from Food blogger, Vijaya Selvaraju!

  • Two pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Four cloves of garlic, finely minced
  • Three Roma Tomatoes, seeded and finely diced
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Half teaspoon dried oregano
  • One cup cubed feta
  • Half cup extra virgin olive oil
  • One quarter cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • Crusty bread

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, and line sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  2. In a bowl, toss together all ingredients except parsley. Pour onto sheet pan in one even layer and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until shrimp has just cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  3. Garnish with parsley, and serve alongside sliced crusty bread.
