Sheet pan chicken fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • OR 2-1/2 tablespoons store bought taco seasoning
  • 455 grams chicken breast tenders
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced

Garnish:

  • Warm tortillas
  • Guacamole
  • Cilantro
  • Limes
  • Shredded red cabbage

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the spices.
  3. Arrange the chicken and veggies onto the baking sheet and toss with olive oil and spice mixture.
  4. Bake for about 18-20 minutes. If desired, pop under the broiler for two minutes to brown.
  5. Serve with warm tortillas, guacamole, cilantro, limes and cabbage.
