Salted avocado chocolate truffles

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces 70-80% dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 small ripe avocado (about 1/3 cup avocado mixture)
  • Fleur de sel

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals on 50% power, stirring between each 30 seconds until melted.
  2. Mix the chocolate with the mashed avocado and vanilla, then transfer to the fridge for 15 minutes until slightly firm.
  3. Use a small melon scooper to scoop out chocolate balls and roll into balls. Top with fleur de sel and enjoy.
