S&T cocktail from Japan

Ingredients

  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) Shochu
  • 15 milliliters (1/2 ounce) Lillet Blanc
  • 2 slices grapefruit
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 90 milliliters (3 ounces) tonic water

Directions

  1. Fill your Collins/Highball glass with ice. Add your shochu, rinomato Americano and grapefruit slices. Top with tonic water and add a sprig of mint.
