S’mores dip

  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • Zest of one orange
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of large marshmallows
  • 1 box of your favorite graham crackers


  1. In a 10 inch oven proof pan, or cast iron skillet, lay out the chocolate chips in an even mixed layer on the bottom.
  2. Coat the chocolate chips with the zest of the orange and pinch of salt
  3. On top of the chocolate, put the large marshmallows on top, standing, until you can no longer see the chocolate, really pack the marshmallows in there!
  4. Place pan in the oven for 10 minutes at 375 degrees until the marshmallows on top are nicely golden brown.
  5. Break up your favorite graham crackers and place on the side for dipping.
  6. Server immediately and serve hot!
  7. Also, it is okay to melt the chocolate beforehand and put the marshmallows on top when guests arrive, then put the pan into an oven on broil to save more time. Either work!
