Ingredients

  • 1¾ cups unsweetened dairy-free milk
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower (about 5 florets)
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or nut or seed butter of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon vegan protein powder
  • 1 medjool date, pitted

Directions

  1. Add ingredients and blend together.
