Raspberry sauce

2 CUPS
TOTAL TIME

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups frozen raspberries, defrosted
  • 1/4–1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place the raspberries, 1/4 cup of icing sugar, and vanilla into your blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add more sugar if desired then strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  2. Serve on waffles or use to make raspberry bellinis.
