Pumpkin spice latte

Pumpkin spice:

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves


  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee (espresso)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 tablespoons tinned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • Sweetened whipped cream (in a piping bag fitted with a large star tip)


  1. For the pumpkin spice, add all spices in a bowl, and mix to combine.
  2. In a mug whisk together coffee, pumpkin spice, pumpkin puree, and white sugar until smooth and the sugar has dissolved. 
  3. Next, steam milk in milk frother, and pour over coffee.
  4. Pipe whipped cream on top of latte, and dust with a little bit of extra pumpkin spice.
