Pumpkin cheesecake dip

  • 1-1/2 cups full fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 small hallowed out pumpkin


  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, icing sugar, pumpkin puree, yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fill pumpkin with dip, drizzle with maple syrup and serve with an assortment of fruit and cookies.
