Pull apart pizza bread

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh chopped oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 455 grams canned biscuit dough
  • 455 grams pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce plus more for dipping
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Lightly grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a small pot, add the olive oil, butter, onion flakes, garlic, oregano, chili flakes, and parsley and warm through over medium-high heat.
  4. Using a sharp serrated knife, cut biscuits into quarters and pizza dough into 2.5 centimeter balls.
  5. Spread 1/3 of Parmesan cheese evenly around the bottom of prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Soak biscuit and pizza dough pieces with warm olive oil mixture, then set aside.
  7. Place half of biscuit/pizza dough pieces in Bundt pan, covering Parmesan completely.
  8. Add another 1/3 of the Parmesan cheese evenly on top of biscuit/pizza dough pieces. 
  9. Pour 1/4 cup marinara sauce over the dough, and then sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese into Bundt pan.
  10. Add remaining biscuit/pizza dough pieces to Bundt pan and top with remaining marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  11. Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 40 minutes. Let cool ten minutes and remove from pan.
  12. Serve warm, with additional sauce.
