Potato chip canape smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 20 kettle-style potato chips
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 10 slices smoked salmon, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons chives, minced
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Garnish each chip with one tablespoon of cream cheese, 1/2 slice of smoked salmon and a sprinkle of chives and black pepper. 
  2. Squeeze on some lemon juice right before serving to add that extra flavor!
