Pink lady smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 red apple, cored and sliced
  • 1 red grapefruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) coconut oil
  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) strawberries, sliced
  • 2 celery sticks, trimmed and sliced
  • 1 centimeter piece ginger, peeled
  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) water

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
