Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) veggie protein powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve cold.
  3. Enjoy!
