Premade pastry dough

Dijon mustard

Mini kosher dill pickles, sliced

Mini sausages or hot dogs

Directions
- Unroll premade pastry dough.
- Cut dough into squares if it’s not already perforated.
- Squirt a dollop of Dijon mustard and place a slice of dill pickle on each square.
- Place a small sausage or hot dog (your choice) on top and roll the dough around it.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook at 350 for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- While they bake, mix two parts ketchup with one part Sriracha in a small bowl.
- When the Pigs in a LeBlancket are done, allow to cool, dip into the spicy ketchup and share with your friends.
