Pigs in a LeBlancket

  • Premade pastry dough
  • Dijon mustard
  • Mini kosher dill pickles, sliced
  • Mini sausages or hot dogs
  • Ketchup
  • Sriracha


  1. Unroll premade pastry dough. 
  2. Cut dough into squares if it’s not already perforated. 
  3. Squirt a dollop of Dijon mustard and place a slice of dill pickle on each square. 
  4. Place a small sausage or hot dog (your choice) on top and roll the dough around it. 
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and cook at 350 for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While they bake, mix two parts ketchup with one part Sriracha in a small bowl.
  7. When the Pigs in a LeBlancket are done, allow to cool, dip into the spicy ketchup and share with your friends.
