Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 small jalapeno, seeded and diced finely
  • 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) chopped cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a serving dish. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow flavours to mingle. Serve with heated tortilla chips.
