Personal pan skillet thin-crust pizza

Ingredients

  • 455 grams storebought, pre-prepared pizza dough
  • 250 grams ball of fresh buffalo mozzarella, cut into small cubes
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Divide your dough into five to six pieces and press them flat on to a floured work surface. Rolling them out very thin around six millimeters thick. Let them relax for at least ten minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a cast iron or non stick fry pan on high heat.
  3. Just before you are about to fry the dough add a thin layer of vegetable oil about a 1/4 cup and fry each pizza for about 30 seconds on each side. Set aside on a baking tray.
  4. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and top with a spoonful of tomato sauce then the cheese and fresh herbs. place the pizza back in the pan on medium heat and cover with a lid to melt cheese or place underneath a broiler in the oven until the cheese is bubbling and the dough is light brown .
  5. OR  flame the top with a blow torch until desired results!
