Peach mint slushies

Ingredients

  • 1 x 796 milliliter can peaches in juice (or substitute with fresh or frozen peaches)
  • 3 cups (720 milliliters) ice
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 milliliter) salt
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Directions

  1. Add canned peaches, ice, mint, honey, and salt to a blender. Blitz until smooth. Serve in chilled glasses with straws, and garnished with mint leaves.
