Paper plane cocktail

Ingredients

  • 22 milliliters (3/4 ounce) rye whisky
  • 22 milliliters (3/4 ounce) Aperol
  • 22 milliliters (3/4 ounce) amaro
  • 22 milliliters (3/4 ounce) fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • Mini paper airplane for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the whisky, Aperol, amaro, lemon juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Add the ice and shake for 10 to 15 seconds.
  2. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Garnish with a paper plane, if desired.
