Pan seared sea bass with lemon

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) grapeseed oil
  • 142 gram striped bass fillets, skin on
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, to garnish

Directions

  1. Heat grapeseed oil in a non-stick pan over high heat.
  2. Season sea bass fillets with salt and pepper and place in pan skin side down.
  3. Once skin is crispy, flip, cook for one minute and transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
