Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 milliliters) oats
  • 2 1/2 cups (625 milliliters) almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 milliliters) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) cacao nibs
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • For topping (optional): extra almond milk, honey, fruit

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight in an airtight container.
  2. Top with your favourite oatmeal toppings.
  3. Enjoy!
