Mr Jay Jay's sweet crust salmon

A healthy fish dish that's de-lish! A great choice for the busy bee in the family.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet
  • Olive oil
  • Dijon mustard
  • Brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Brush each salmon fillet (skin-side down) with olive oil and two tablespoons of Dijon mustard. 
  2. Sprinkle with two teaspoons of brown sugar. 
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  4. Bake at 350F for ten minutes.
