Moscow mule

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 148 milliliters (5 ounces) ginger beer
  • 30 milliliters (1 ounce) vodka
  • 3 millimeters lime wheel and mint sprig

Twisted version:

  • 22 milliliters (0.75 ounce) pineapple or passionfruit simple sugar
  • 15 milliliters (0.5 ounce) fresh lime juice
  • Garnish: Dehydrated pineapple chip for Pineapple only

Simple sugar:

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pineapple/passionfruit puree

Directions

Moscow mule:

  1. Fill a copper mug with ice. Combine ginger beer and vodka, then stir.

Twisted version:

  1. Add simple sugar and lime juice to drink, and stir.

Simple sugar:

  1. Combine in saucepan and simmer until desired consistency.
