Mommy's green tea martini

  • 60 milliliters (2 ounces) gin
  • 5 centimeter piece of cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1 cup green tea
  • Piece of fresh ginger
  • Basil leaves


  1. Muddle cucumber and ginger with a pinch of salt and simple syrup. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake in a martini shaker with ice cubes, then pour into martini glass with cucumber and basil leaves for garnish.
