- Preheat oven to 425 F (230 C).
- On a work surface lightly dusted with flour, unroll puff pastry. Cut in half and discard one half (or reserve for another use). Using a knife, score a border roughly an inch from the edge of the puff pastry. Use a fork to prick all over the puff pastry inside the border.
- Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and creamy. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly inside border. Put in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until border is golden and puffed up.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle berries over cream cheese, and dust with icing sugar.
