Mint chutney

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 milliliters) mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup (60 milliliters) cilantro (stems on)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 milliliters) pre-minced ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 milliliters) sugar
  • 1/2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) yogurt
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Add mint leaves, cilantro, lime juice, ginger, sugar, and jalapeno to a food processor and blend until smooth. Season with salt.
  2. Serve with Veggie Pakoras (See Recipe) and Tandoori Chicken Skewers (See Recipe).
