Mexican drinking chocolate

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 1.5 cups of bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cayenne chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a simmer. Stir until all the Chocolate has melted.
  2. Remove from heat. Using an immersion blender, process mixture until frothy. Pour into glasses.
