  • 455 grams mint and dill meatball

Citrus herb mayo:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mint
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste

To assemble:

  • Warm pita
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced roma tomatoes
  • Pickled turnips


For the citrus herb mayo:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Set aside. 

To assemble:

  1. Slather pita generously with Citrus Herb Mayo. Layer cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, pickled turnips, and warm meatballs. Roll into a wrap, and enjoy! :)
