Matcha tea

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) matcha powder
  • 1 cup (240 milliliters) water

Directions

  1. Heat water in a kettle to just before boiling.
  2. Add, or sift, matcha powder into a mug. Add a small amount of hot water from the kettle and use a whisk to make a paste. Continue pouring hot water and whisk to incorporate.
  3. Enjoy!
