Martini with gin, Scotch whisky and orange bitters

  • 2oz gin
  • .5oz hempseed infused vodka
  • 5ml Scotch whisky
  • 5ml demerara syrup
  • Lemon peel, for garnish


  1. Put about 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds into a bottle of vodka and just letting them sit for about a week. This will give the vodka an earthy taste and aroma and that compliments the botanicals of the gin and also the smoky Scotch whisky.    
  2. Combine all those in a mixing glass and then stir until they are ice cold. 
  3. Strain that in to a cold cocktail glass and twist a lemon peel over top to give it even more aroma.
